Orders & Delivery

Once your order is confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to you automatically.

Every order is prepared with the utmost care before shipping. As soon as your package is handed over to the carrier, an email containing your tracking number will be sent to you so you can follow its journey.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, the selected carrier, and any customs delays for international shipments.

Returns & Refunds

In accordance with articles L221-18 to L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, subject to the exceptions provided by law.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw before the expiration of this period, then return the product(s) within 14 days following this notification.

Returned products must be unworn, unused, in perfect condition and, as far as possible, in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

customized jewelry or jewelry made to the customer's specifications;
customized books or books dedicated at the customer's request;
earrings and piercings unsealed after delivery, when their return cannot be accepted for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

Other products not covered by these exceptions may be returned under the conditions provided by the regulations.
